Checking Screen Resolution
Collectorpro requires screen resolution of 1024x768 or higher.  While this is a common setting, we do see screen resolution at 800x600 or lower from time to time. Below are the instructions for checking screen resolution in Windows.

Note:  The screens may vary slightly from different versions of Windows. This example is using Windows 2000.

1. Close all open programs
2. Right click on any blank space on the Windows desktop
3. On the shortcut menu, left click on Properties (this opens the Display Properties window)
4. Click on the Settings tab
5. View the resolution on the lower part of the screen
6. If resolution needs to be higher, move the slider control to the 1024x768 setting
7. Click on OK to save the changes
