Title-How to print a single or range of pages of an appraisal report
Overview
Many times an appraiser will need to re-print a single page or range of pages in an appraisal report. The Collectorpro reporting tool displays and prints appraisal reports in sections. Each section is displayed before being printed. The possible report sections are:
Cover Pages
Cover pages are Microsoft Word documents that can be printed in an appraisal. Cover pages are setup via the Setup-Setup Cover Pages from the menu bar. In this screen you can setup a library of cover pages that you can choose to insert into an appraisal report when printing the appraisal report. Be sure to review the help information about this function to understand how this works and the limitations of this method.
Summary Totals by Category and Subcategory
This report section provides subtotals by category and subcategory (if used), with grand totals for the entire report.
Object Detail
This report section prints the detail of each object and any images you have attached to each object.
Object Set Details
If you use the Set Details function for any objects in the report, this section will print showing the set details for each object that the value is from a set such as china or silver.
Glossary, Addendum, Resources, Bibliography
This section prints any Glossary, Addendum, Resources, or Bibliography you have entered in the Client/Appraisal Information screen. You can also create a library of these and apply them to appraisals as needed.
Appraisal Level Images
Collectorpro supports images with each object, or images attached to the appraisal. We call the images attached to the appraisal (rather than objects) as Appraisal Level images. These are entered in the Client/Appraisal Information screen and print in their own report section.
End Pages
Like Cover Pages, Microsoft Word documents can be inserted as End Pages. End pages are setup via the Setup-Setup End Pages from the menu bar. In this screen you can setup a library of End Pages that you can choose to insert into an appraisal report when printing the appraisal report. Be sure to review the help information about this function to understand how this works and the limitations of this method.
How Collectorpro Performs Page Numbering
In order to know the total number of pages for all report sections, Collectorpro prints the appraisal report to a file, counts the total number of pages in all sections and uses this as the total number of pages printed at the bottom of every page of the report.
How to Print a Single Page of a Report
If you print a report and have to change something and want to print a single page you can do the following:

Note: This page number may not correspond to the page number that prints on the report since we are adding up the total number of all the report sections and using these page numbers on the printed report. The preview of each report section has it’s own internal numbering that appears in the Title bar of the report preview.
It is best to display the page you wish, note the page number from the title bar, click the Print button on the Toolbar and enter that number as the start and end page number and click OK.
Printing a range of pages is the same, but you enter the starting and ending page.
