Technical Support is provided free of charge for Collectorpro users for the first 90 days.  After 90 days, support is available for a small annual fee. 

If you are beyond your 90 days free support, you can order the annual support service directly from our online store by clicking here. 

Support is available between 8:00am and 4:30pm CST Monday through Friday. Most support calls will be handled on a call back basis. If requested support calls may be returned in the evening or weekend.
