| After setting up the categories you are now ready to enter objects. Collectorpro follows a modified Getty object Id for the fields of information. You only enter information in the fields you need. Any empty fields are ignored and not printed on any reports. Every field can contain an unlimited amount of text. Object ID numbers can be automatically assigned or you can use your own numbering scheme. |
