| Normally after you create a collection you will create categories, subcategories, locations, manufacturers, and patterns. These are used for reporting purposes. For example you can print a report of all items in a single category and/or location. The information you setup on these screens is available when adding items from drop down lists to save typing. You can use as few, or as many of these as needed. |
